Getaway Limos, (previously Getaway Wedding Cars), was born out of a combined passion for the ultimate in both modern and true vintage cars, total customer service and a desire to be the best at what we do.

To that end we have sourced the finest vintage cars, we do not supply replica or reproduction cars, only true pre' 1930 originals. Our vintage cars have fascinating histories and immense presence. We constantly maintain and valet our cars to ensure reliability and spotless presentation.

Our modern classic, the Chrysler 300c LUX takes its styling cues from classic American cars. Its high waistline, low roofline and muscular looks give it a road presence unmatched by any other modern saloon.

From our extensive experience with weddings and chauffeur work, we know that supplying a car is just part of the package. Courtesy, manners and knowledge of etiquette are an important part of our service. We understand that your day can be longer than expected but, when you choose us, you can be assured that we are available to you for the whole of your day.

Our cars, both modern and vintage, are fitted with heaters and CD players. If you have a favourite piece of music you would like played just let us know. Our cars come equipped with umbrellas, hand held mirrors, wipes, bottled water, tissues and plenty of advice and support!

Our cars are available for functions throughout Ireland. For weddings outside Galway we transport our cars with a purpose built transporter to ensure your wedding car arrives in pristine condition. This operation is carried out discreetly and away from the bride's house. It is important to note that we only operate cars that are fully PSV Insured and PSV Licensed for public hire. They have been tested and passed by the Taxi Regulator. All our cars, including vintage, undergo the annual NCT to ensure your safety. Our drivers are very experienced, each holding a full drivers license along with the mandatory PSV license for this type of work. We also hold PLI insurance and a CPC (Certificate of Professional Competency) for passenger transport.
